We have opened our Expression of Interest form to be a stallholder at Meadows Festival 2025! To register your interest in being a Stallholder at Meadows Festival 2025, please leave your details below. A member of our team will contact you when applications are open, (early Feb 2025) and invite you to apply.

Whether you’re a charity, a local business, a food vendor, or just looking to sell your knick-knacks, we’d love to hear from you. By registering your interest, this does not guarantee you a place at the festival, or count as an application. However, please save the festival date, and when applications are open, we will contact everyone who has registered. Meadows Festival is one of the only remaining entirely free festivals in the UK, and it is organised entirely by volunteers. Stallholder fees make up a considerable part of our income, so it is due to your support that we can continue to bring together the local community, help families make memories, and celebrate all things Meadows!
