Take a moment to pause, recharge and reconnect in the Meadows Festival Wellbeing Zone. This welcoming space brings together local practitioners, community groups and wellbeing activities designed to support relaxation, creativity and connection.
Saturday 6 JUNE TENT ONE 11-4pm
Start your Meadows Festival weekend with a full afternoon of movement, mindfulness and wellbeing in Tent 1 on Saturday 6th June. The Wellbeing Zone workshop programme brings together experienced local instructors offering accessible sessions designed to help you feel energised, grounded and restored.
The day begins with a Morning Vinyasa session led by Sarah from Lila Yoga, followed by Mat Pilates with Nora from Bodysmart Pilates. Visitors can then explore Yoga Fundamentals with Poppy — ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics — before enjoying a second Mat Pilates session with Catrin from Luma Pilates. The afternoon closes with a calming Yin Yoga and Breathwork session with Nick, offering the perfect opportunity to slow down and reset.
All sessions are welcoming, inclusive and suitable for a range of experience levels. Whether you are looking to stretch, strengthen, relax or simply take a mindful pause from the festival atmosphere, the Wellbeing Zone offers a peaceful and supportive space to reconnect with yourself and others.

SUNDAY 7 JUNE TENT ONE 11-4PM
Join us in Tent 1 on Sunday 7th June for a day of movement, mindfulness and relaxation at the Meadows Festival Wellbeing Zone. Across the afternoon, visitors can take part in a series of welcoming wellbeing workshops designed to help you reconnect, recharge and reset in the heart of the festival.
The programme features energising Vinyasa Flow yoga sessions with Noelle and Kat Silesian, Mat Pilates with Iliana from Pointe Ahead Pilates, a calming Sound Journey with Kat from Karma Yoga Edinburgh, and a guided Meditation session with Anya from Tergar Edinburgh.
Whether you are completely new to yoga and mindfulness or already have an established practice, these sessions are open, inclusive and suitable for all levels. Come along to stretch, breathe, unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment away from the festival bustle. Participants are welcome to drop into individual sessions or stay for the full wellbeing experience throughout the afternoon.

Step into a calm and restorative space at the Meadows Festival Wellbeing Zone, taking place on Sunday 7th June in Tent 2. Throughout the day, visitors will have the chance to explore a range of holistic therapies, wellbeing experiences and mindful practices led by experienced local practitioners.
This year’s programme includes Zero Balancing with James, massage, Reiki and nutrition sessions with Ruth, tarot readings with Donna and Jannine, Shiatsu tasters from the Shiatsu Hub team, and Alexander Technique sessions with Julia Roberts and Julia Woodman.
Whether you’re curious to try something new, looking to relax and recharge, or simply wanting a peaceful break from the festival atmosphere, the Wellbeing Zone offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all. Drop in throughout the day, meet the practitioners, ask questions and experience a variety of wellbeing approaches designed to support balance, connection and self-care.
