Traders and community market
We are proud of celebrating local creativity, culture and great food. Every year, our food traders bring amazing flavours and energy to the Meadows and we’re excited to see what’s cooking for this year.
Please note: food stall spaces are limited and demand is always high. This year we’re using a two‑stage application process – the initial form is now live for you to apply, all applications will be reviewed, and successful traders will be contacted during the first week of February (at which point full details will be required, H&S etc).
The festival is run entirely by volunteers and focused on community spirit and sustainability, so we love working with traders who share our commitment to reducing waste and supporting local initiatives.
